At Multimeterasia, we are committed to providing high-quality test and measurement equipment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required
- The product must not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Special order or custom-configured equipment
- Software or digital products
- Items damaged due to improper use
- Clearance or final sale items (if stated)
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review and provide return instructions
Do not send items back without prior approval.
Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Multimeterasia is not responsible for lost return shipments
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect items shipped
