Description
The Keysight B2912B is a two-channel precision source/measure unit that combines voltage and current sourcing with high-resolution measurement in one instrument. Each channel can source or sink up to 210 V and 3 A DC, or 10.5 A in pulsed mode, with resolution down to 10 fA and 100 nV. This range covers leakage and IV characterization of semiconductors, sensors and materials. A front-panel graphical interface allows standalone sweeps, while GPIB, LAN and USB support integration into automated test systems.
