Description
The RIGOL MSO8064 is a 600 MHz mixed signal oscilloscope from the MSO8000 series. It combines four analog channels with 16 digital channels (used with a RIGOL logic probe), so engineers can view analog waveforms and digital bus activity on a common timebase. A 10 GS/s sample rate and 500 Mpts standard memory allow long, detailed captures. The instrument also integrates spectrum analysis, a digital voltmeter and counter, with an optional waveform generator. It suits embedded, power and communications engineers who need several instruments in one bench unit.
Key features
- 600 MHz bandwidth on four analog channels
- 16 digital channels for mixed-signal timing analysis
- 10 GS/s sample rate with 500 Mpts memory as standard
- Up to 600,000 wfms/s capture rate
- Integrated spectrum analyzer, DVM and frequency counter, plus optional dual-channel AWG
Typical applications
- Mixed analog and digital debugging in embedded designs
- Serial bus decoding and timing verification
- Power integrity and switching analysis
- Communications and control system development
