Description
The Keithley 2002 is an 8.5-digit bench digital multimeter designed for metrology labs and precision test systems that need high resolution and low noise. It measures DC and AC voltage, DC and AC current, 2-wire and 4-wire resistance, frequency and temperature. An internal reading buffer stores measurements for later retrieval, and an option slot accepts a scanner card for multi-channel work. Control over GPIB with SCPI commands makes it suited to automated calibration and characterization setups.
