Description
The 72-2120-102 is a factory configuration of the RKI Digester Gas Monitor, identified by the -102 configuration code. The sensor combination for this code is drawn from the methane, CO2, oxygen and H2S options offered on the platform. The RKI Digester Gas Monitor is a fixed sampling system built for the wet, corrosive gas found at wastewater digesters and biogas plants. An air aspirator draws the sample through dirt, dust and moisture filters to the sensors, and the filters are backflushed with fresh air after each cycle. Treatment plant operators use it to track methane, carbon dioxide, oxygen and hydrogen sulfide levels in digester gas over time.
Key features
- Aspirator sampling with no moving parts in the sample draw
- Self-draining moisture trap
- Automatic backflush of the sampling system after each cycle
- Adjustable alarm levels and programmable relays for each gas
- Selectable measurement cycle time
Typical applications
- Anaerobic digester gas monitoring
- Biogas quality checks
- Wastewater treatment plant process control
