Description
The Keysight N6950A is the low-voltage, high-current member of the 1 kW N6900 Advanced Power System line. It sources up to 9 V at 100 A from a compact 1U rack chassis, which suits processors, FPGAs, power amplifiers and other loads that draw heavy current at low rail voltages. Integrated voltage and current readback lets the supply act as both source and meter in an automated test system, reducing the number of separate instruments in the rack.
