Description
The AM1950 is an SPRT with a -200 °C to 500 °C range, intended as a low-drift laboratory standard. AccuMac standard platinum resistance thermometers are reference sensors built to interpolate the ITS-90 temperature scale with very low drift. Each probe contains a high-purity platinum element whose resistance ratio is calibrated against fixed points or a higher-level standard. Paired with a precision bridge or thermometer readout, they serve as primary or secondary standards in calibration laboratories and as reference thermometers in baths and dry-block calibrators.
Key features
- High-purity platinum sensing element
- Low drift for use as a laboratory standard
