The Anritsu MS2090A Field Master Pro is a handheld spectrum analyzer, and option 0754 sets its frequency range to 9 kHz through 54 GHz. That coverage reaches into millimeter-wave bands used for 5G FR2, satellite links and microwave backhaul.
