Description
The Fluke 434-II/BASIC is the entry package of the 434-II three-phase energy analyzer. It provides the same instrument as the full kit, measuring voltage, current, power, harmonics and unbalance and calculating the cost of energy losses, but it ships without flexible current probes. That makes it a practical choice for electricians and energy auditors who already have i430flex or other compatible current clamps and only need the analyzer, leads and software.
Key features
- Supplied without current probes, for use with existing compatible clamps
- Energy loss calculator shows the cost of wasted energy
- Automatic trending records every reading without setup
- System-Monitor view of 10 power quality parameters per EN50160
- Logger with up to 600 parameters at user-defined intervals
- 600 V CAT IV / 1000 V CAT III safety rating
Typical applications
- Energy audits in commercial and industrial buildings
- Load studies before adding equipment
- Harmonic and unbalance troubleshooting
- Adding a second analyzer to an existing probe set
