Description
In the 721-1650, the digits 16 select the 16 psi low pressure sensor and 50 selects the 5,000 psi high pressure sensor. The Fluke 721 is a handheld precision pressure calibrator with two isolated stainless steel sensors, a low range and a high range, in one instrument. It also reads a Pt100 RTD for temperature, measures 4 to 20 mA and supplies 24 V loop power. This combination suits gas flow computer checks, where static pressure, differential pressure and temperature are verified together. Gas utility, pipeline and process technicians use it for custody transfer and transmitter calibration.
