Description
The 810 gives a plain-language diagnosis of rotating machine faults with recommended actions. The Fluke 810 is a handheld vibration tester that diagnoses common mechanical faults in rotating machinery. Using a triaxial accelerometer and a built-in diagnostic engine, it identifies issues such as unbalance, misalignment, looseness and bearing wear, rates their severity and suggests repair actions. It does not require prior machine history, so maintenance teams can start testing without building a baseline. Plant maintenance and reliability staff use it to set repair priorities and reduce unplanned downtime.
