Description

The DSX2-8000-PRO/GLD is the DSX2 kit configuration built around the DSX-8000 copper modules. Contents: 2 GHz Pro kit with DSX, CertiFiber Pro, OptiFiber Pro and inspection, Wi-Fi, Gold Support bundle. The /GLD suffix marks the Gold Support bundle version. The Fluke Networks DSX2 kits are built on the Versiv 2 platform and certify twisted-pair copper cabling, with fiber options added by interchangeable modules. DSX-5000 configurations test to 1 GHz for Cat 6A and Class FA links, while DSX-8000 configurations test to 2 GHz for Cat 8 and Class I/II. Kits can add optical loss test sets, OTDR modules and a fiber inspection camera. Installers and network contractors use them to certify structured cabling and generate reports.
