Description
The 3504-50 adds comparator and BIN functions (up to 14 ranks), 99 memory sets and 1 V or 500 mV constant voltage measurement. The Hioki 3504 series C meters measure capacitance at high speed for production lines testing multilayer ceramic capacitors. Constant voltage testing handles capacitors whose value depends on applied voltage, and contact errors are monitored during each measurement to protect yield. Models differ in sorting functions and contact checking. Output and interface functions support direct connection to automated handling equipment. Rugged design suits continuous use.
