Description
The Hioki 3506-10 is a benchtop capacitance meter designed mainly for production lines that test and sort capacitors, such as MLCCs. It measures capacitance and dissipation factor at test frequencies of 1 kHz and 1 MHz, which cover the conditions specified for most small-value ceramic capacitors. Fast, stable readings and comparator and BIN functions let the instrument classify parts by value automatically. It integrates with taping machines and sorters through its external I/O, and quality and incoming inspection labs also use it for bench verification.
