Description
The Keithley 2635B is a single-channel System SourceMeter that sources and measures voltage and current in one precision instrument. It is the low-current member of the Series 2600B, resolving currents down to 0.1 fA, which makes it suitable for leakage, gate and insulation measurements on semiconductors and nanomaterials. Engineers run it from the front panel, with Test Script Processor (TSP) scripts embedded in the instrument, or from a PC over GPIB, LAN or USB, and multiple units can be linked through TSP-Link to build parallel test systems.
Key features
- Single SMU channel sourcing and measuring voltage and current
- 0.1 fA current measurement resolution
- Up to 200 V, 1.5 A DC and 10 A pulse
- Embedded Test Script Processor for fast on-instrument test sequences
- TSP-Link for multi-unit system expansion
- GPIB, LAN (LXI) and USB connectivity, plus digital I/O
Typical applications
- Semiconductor device I-V characterization
- Leakage and low-current measurements
- Nanomaterials and organic electronics research
- Automated wafer-level and component production test
