Description
The Keithley 2657A is a high-voltage System SourceMeter SMU instrument used to characterize power semiconductors and other high-voltage devices. It sources and measures up to 3000 V and delivers up to 180 W of DC power, while still resolving very small leakage currents. Fast digitizers capture transient behavior, and the Test Script Processor (TSP) runs test sequences inside the instrument for high throughput. Engineers working on silicon carbide and gallium nitride devices, IGBTs and high-voltage components use it for breakdown and leakage testing.
