Description
The 7711 is the 2 GHz RF multiplexer in the Integra Series module range. The Keithley 7711 is a plug-in RF switch module for the Integra Series data acquisition and switch systems. It routes wideband signals between external AC instruments, such as oscilloscopes, pulse generators and signal analyzers, and multiple test points. It complements the DC and low frequency 7700 series modules, so one mainframe can handle both measurement and RF signal routing in automated test systems.
