Description
The 16196D fits 01005 size components, and option 710 adds a magnifying lens and tweezers for handling them. The Keysight 16196 series are coaxial parallel electrode test fixtures for measuring surface mount components at high frequencies. The device is placed between parallel electrodes inside a coaxial structure, which keeps residual impedance low and repeatable. Each version fits a specific SMD size.
