Description

The Keysight N9000B CXA is the entry-level signal analyzer in the X-Series family, and option 526 extends its frequency range to 26.5 GHz. It covers everyday spectrum analysis, power, harmonic and spurious measurements, and runs the same X-Series measurement applications used on higher-end models, so test methods carry over between benches. It suits manufacturing test, education, general-purpose R&D and service environments that need microwave coverage at a lower cost than performance-class analyzers.
