Description
The 16034G accepts devices as small as 0.6 mm x 0.3 mm and works with instruments such as the 4294A, 4284A and E4980A. The Keysight 16034G is a test fixture for measuring small surface mount devices with LCR meters and impedance analyzers. It holds the chip between contacts and connects to the instrument through a four-terminal-pair BNC interface. Open, short and load compensation extends its usable frequency range. Component engineers and inspection labs use it for chip resistors, capacitors and inductors.
Key features
- Holds very small SMD parts
