Description
The Megger 210415 is a line-powered high-voltage megohmmeter for insulation resistance testing at up to 15 kV. Its continuously variable output lets the operator choose the exact test voltage for the equipment, and readings are shown on color-coded analog scales up to 300 GΩ. Safety measures include a zero-start high-voltage interlock, a permanently attached shielded output cable, redundant grounding and circuit-breaker protection. Utility, industrial and testing contractors use it on medium-voltage cables, motors, transformers and switchgear.
