Description
The Baker POWER PACK CONTROLLER is the DX controller version for running specific power pack models and HiPot tests, without the resistance measurement of the DX version. The Megger Baker power pack controllers are DX-based control units used to operate Baker auxiliary power packs. The controller provides the operator interface and test sequencing, while the external power pack generates the higher test voltages needed for large motors and generators. This lets a test station run surge and DC HiPot tests above the range of a standalone analyzer. Motor repair facilities and utilities use these controllers in fixed or portable high voltage test setups.
