Description
The Megger BITE2P is a battery impedance test set with a built-in printer, supplied here with a NIST calibration certificate. It assesses the condition of lead-acid and nickel-cadmium cells up to 7000 Ah by measuring impedance while the battery string stays on line. Pass, warning and fail indications give quick results, and the AC ripple current measurement helps check the charger. Utility, telecom and UPS maintenance teams use it for routine standby battery testing and trend tracking.
