Description
The RIGOL DHO4404 is a four-channel, 400 MHz oscilloscope from the DHO4000 high-resolution series. Its 12-bit ADC gives 16 times more vertical levels than a typical 8-bit scope, combined with a low noise floor, so small signals riding on larger ones are easier to see and measure. It samples at up to 4 GS/s and stores 250 Mpts as standard. Power electronics designers, sensor and audio engineers, and anyone measuring ripple, noise or small analog details use it on the bench.
Key features
- 12-bit vertical resolution with a low noise floor
- 400 MHz bandwidth on four analog channels
- 4 GS/s sample rate and 250 Mpts standard memory (500 Mpts optional)
- Waveform capture rate up to 1,500,000 wfms/s
- 10.1 in. high-resolution touchscreen
- Optional 16 digital channels and serial bus decoding
Typical applications
- Power supply ripple and noise measurement
- Sensor and low-level analog signal analysis
- Switching power stage and motor drive development
- Mixed-signal embedded debugging
