Description
The RIGOL MSO7014 is the 100 MHz starting model of the MSO7000 series. It adds 16 digital channels to four analog inputs, letting users check logic levels, enable lines and serial traffic against analog waveforms without a separate logic analyzer. The 10 GS/s sample rate is high relative to its bandwidth, and 100 Mpts standard memory supports long recordings of slow control and communication signals. It is a practical choice for embedded developers, automation engineers and teaching labs focused on low and mid-speed designs.
Key features
- 100 MHz analog bandwidth with four channels
- 16 digital channels for mixed-signal work
- 10 GS/s sample rate and 100 Mpts memory (500 Mpts option)
- Optional serial bus triggering and decoding
- Same 10.1 in. touchscreen interface as the rest of the 7000 series
Typical applications
- Microcontroller and sensor bus debugging
- PLC and industrial automation electronics
- Electronics teaching and student labs
- Repair and service of control boards
