Description
Part number 72-2104RK-WW2 is the standard Beacon 410 wet well package fitted with an infrared LEL sensor for methane. Infrared detection suits wet wells where catalytic sensors can be poisoned or starved of oxygen. The RKI Beacon 410 is a microprocessor-based controller that monitors up to four gas detection channels and shows all readings at once on a backlit alphanumeric display. It accepts RKI direct-connect sensors for combustibles, oxygen, CO2 and toxic gases, or any 4-20 mA transmitter. Each channel has its own configurable alarm points and relays. It is used in wastewater facilities, wet wells, plant rooms and industrial sites that need a compact fixed system.
Key features
- Simultaneous readout of all four channels on a 4 x 20 backlit LCD
- Three configurable alarm points per channel
- Two dedicated relays per channel plus common relays that can be assigned as extra alarm relays
- Works with RKI direct-connect sensors or any 4-20 mA transmitter
- Front-panel keys for setup and alarm reset
Typical applications
- Wastewater lift station and wet well monitoring
- Equipment rooms and enclosed plant areas
- Combustible, oxygen and toxic gas monitoring at small industrial sites
- Packaged rig or skid gas detection systems
