RKI Instruments Eagle 2 723-035-05 3-Gas Portable Monitor

$2,123.00

Eagle 2 3-gas sample-draw monitor configured for CH4 %LEL/%vol (IR), O2 and CO2 60% vol (IR).

Description

Order code 723-035-05 sets up the Eagle 2 to monitor methane 0-100% LEL and 0-100% volume, autoranging (infrared), oxygen and carbon dioxide 0-60% volume (infrared). The RKI Eagle 2 3-gas configurations are sample-draw portable monitors built around three factory-set sensor channels. Order codes combine catalytic or infrared combustible sensing with oxygen, toxic electrochemical cells, infrared CO2, thermal conductivity or PID sensors. A strong internal pump lets users test confined spaces, vaults and process lines remotely through long sample hoses. Safety teams use it where a standard 4-gas monitor does not match the hazards present.

Key features

  • Built-in sample pump draws from up to 125 ft (38 m) with low-flow alarm and shutdown
  • Two user-adjustable alarm levels, password protectable
  • Loud buzzer plus high-intensity alarm LEDs
  • RFI/EMI resistant, chemical and weather resistant enclosure
  • Auto calibration and single-gas calibration modes
  • Runs on alkaline or rechargeable NiMH batteries

Typical applications

  • Confined space entry testing
  • Utility vault and manhole checks
  • Wastewater and biogas facilities
  • Industrial hygiene surveys
