Description
Order code 73-0611RK is a configuration of the RX-515 series with infrared dual-range combustible detection. The RKI RX-515 series are portable multi-gas monitors built for tank and vessel work, where combustible gas must be measured both in normal air and in inerted atmospheres. An infrared sensor reads methane or hydrocarbons in dual range, %LEL and %volume, and can be combined with oxygen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide channels. The related RX-517 adds a high-range H2S option. Marine crews, tank cleaning contractors and terminal operators use these monitors for gas freeing and entry checks.
