Description
The UP-2000KT is the kit version of the Ultraprobe 2000, supplied without a calibration certificate. The U.E. Systems Ultraprobe 2000 is an ultrasonic inspection instrument that picks up high frequency sound produced by leaks, electrical discharge and mechanical wear. It translates ultrasound into the audible range through headphones and shows intensity on a meter, so an inspector can pinpoint the source even in noisy plants. Interchangeable scanning and contact modules cover airborne and structure-borne inspection. Maintenance teams use it for compressed air leak surveys, steam trap testing, bearing checks and electrical inspection.
