Description
The A132574 is shaped to hold SMD power chokes for inductance measurement on Chroma 11022 and 11025 LCR meters. Chroma SMD test fixtures hold surface mount components in a defined contact geometry while a Chroma LCR meter or component tester measures them. A proper fixture keeps lead length and contact resistance low and repeatable, which matters when measuring small inductances, capacitances and resistances. Each fixture is matched to specific Chroma instruments, and power choke versions are shaped for the larger bodies of SMD power inductors.
