Description
The Testo 0563 4200 is the testo 420 volume flow hood, used by HVAC balancing technicians and commissioning agents to measure air volume at swirl, ceiling and grille diffusers. A flow straightener inside the hood evens out turbulent air from the outlet, which improves reading stability. Besides volume flow, the base unit records temperature, humidity, differential and absolute pressure. Readings can be viewed on the tilting display or on a smartphone through the testo 420 app, which also creates and emails reports from the site.
