Description
The TSI VelociCalc 9565-A is a handheld ventilation meter built around an integrated differential pressure sensor and a port for TSI plug-in probes. Paired with the right probe it reads air velocity, volumetric flow, temperature, humidity and indoor air quality parameters, and two K-type thermocouple inputs add surface or duct temperature checks. HVAC test and balance technicians, commissioning agents and industrial hygienists use it to verify duct traverses, diffuser flows and room pressurization, with data logged for later download to TSI software.
Key features
- Built-in differential pressure sensor for static and velocity pressure readings
- Inputs for up to two K-type thermocouples
- Large graphic display showing up to five measurements at once
- On-screen prompts and selectable menu language
- Multiple data logging formats with Bluetooth for data transfer or remote polling
- Supplied with LogDat2 and TRAKPRO download software
Typical applications
- HVAC test, adjust and balance work
- Duct traverses and diffuser flow checks
- Cleanroom and laboratory pressurization checks
- Building commissioning and indoor air quality surveys
