Description
The Keithley 2636B is a dual-channel SourceMeter SMU from the Series 2600B, combining a precision voltage and current source with a measurement unit in each channel. It sources and measures up to 200 V and 1.5 A DC, or 10 A pulsed, with very fine low-current resolution for leakage and sub-threshold measurements. TSP scripting runs test sequences inside the instrument for faster throughput. Semiconductor, materials and component engineers use it for I-V characterization, device parametric testing and automated production test systems.
Key features
- Two independent SMU channels in one instrument
- Up to 200 V and 1.5 A DC, 10 A pulsed per channel
- Low-current resolution suited to leakage and sub-threshold work
- TSP scripting and TSP-Link for multi-instrument synchronization
- GPIB, LAN (LXI), USB and RS-232 interfaces with digital I/O
Typical applications
- Semiconductor I-V characterization
- Transistor and diode parametric tests
- Materials and nanodevice research
- Automated component production testing
