Description
The Keysight 34420A is a 7.5-digit nanovolt and micro-ohm meter designed for measurements where conventional DMMs run out of sensitivity and noise performance. It has two voltage input channels for direct or differential low-level DC voltage readings, a built-in current source for four-wire low-resistance tests, and temperature measurement with thermocouples, RTDs and thermistors. GPIB and RS-232 interfaces allow use in automated systems. Metrology labs, materials researchers and engineers characterizing superconductors, thermocouples and contact resistance rely on it.
Key features
- 7.5-digit resolution with very low noise
