Description
The TSI 7545 IAQ-CALC is a handheld indoor air quality meter used to check ventilation performance and comfort conditions in occupied buildings. It measures carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, temperature and relative humidity with a probe-mounted sensor set, and it calculates dew point, wet bulb temperature and percent outside air from CO2 or temperature readings. HVAC technicians, facility managers and IAQ consultants use it for spot checks and short surveys, with a sampling function and download software for recording multiple measurement points.
Key features
- Measures CO2, CO, temperature and relative humidity
- Calculates dew point and wet bulb temperature
- Computes percent outside air from CO2 or temperature
- Sampling function stores multiple point readings
- Data download software with cable
- Runs on four AA batteries or the supplied AC adapter
Typical applications
- Ventilation and fresh air checks in offices, schools and hospitals
- Indoor air quality investigations and complaint response
- HVAC commissioning and balancing support
- Monitoring CO levels near combustion equipment
