Description
The MP-1.2X50-10P-PV is a dedicated MegaPulse model: 1.2×50 µs impulse generator for photovoltaic panels, corrected for panel capacitance, up to 10 kV. These Compliance West MegaPulse generators produce the lightning-surge and impulse waveforms defined in safety and component standards. Models are dedicated to particular waveforms such as 1.2×50 µs, 10×700 µs or combination waves, which keeps setup simple and the test traceable to the standard. Test laboratories, product safety engineers and manufacturers use them to verify insulation, telecom ports, PV panels and printed-wiring spacings.
